Our Responsibility
We only work with carefully vetted craftspeople and suppliers to ensure we have transparency throughout our supply chain. Laura Hammett employs a conscientious, hands-on approach to every stage of the process, personally ensuring that all partners share our values. Our Alpaca wools are sourced in Peru from ethical and accredited suppliers. Our Cashmere and Merino Lambswool products are all handmade in Nepal, supporting local communities of traditional craftspeople keeping heritage techniques thriving. Where we can, we also work with local craftspeople in the UK and all our glass is hand-blown by glassblowers in England.
Our Packaging
We are passionate about following the principle of Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. We take landfill waste-reduction seriously, which is why everything is plastic-free and we only use 100% recyclable and biodegradable materials for all packaging. Our standard eco packaging is also made from 100% recycled cardboard. Our high-quality gift boxes and faux suede dust bags have also been designed to be kept and reused, helping you make a more sustainable choice.
