Delivery - Accessories

Track an order

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel. You can check the status of your shipment by using the link provided in the email.

Deliveries are managed by our affiliate couriers DPD. (For International deliveries see below.)

We process and send orders during our main service hours, 7:00 am until 7:00 pm GMT, from Monday to Friday. Items are usually delivered within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 6.30pm.

You will be notified when your parcel is out for delivery.

All shipments sent by Laura Hammett Living are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and an acknowledgement of receipt have been received.

*Some of our faux floral items may carry an additional charge to that stated above due to the size and nature of packaging. You will be made aware of this at checkout.

Please note if you place your order on a Friday, the cut off is 12.30pm to ensure your order is despatched the same day.

If the delivery times for your order differ from those shown above, we will inform you at checkout.

Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.

International Delivery

International deliveries are managed by our partner Global-e. All information regarding your shipping method, shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at point of purchase.

Delivery - Furniture & Lighting

All Laura Hammett Living samples are sent via Royal Mail (Large Letter) on a standard 2 day delivery service. If you require these quickly, we advise you select DPD tracked Next Day service (Mon-Fri)

Deliveries are managed by our white glove delivery partner. We offer an industry leading, white glove delivery service within England. For areas outside of this (including International) price on application, please contact hello@laurahammettliving.com.

Shipping costs & Delivery times

Delivery charges are calculated in real time and will be based specifically on your order.

All furniture and lighting pricing is based on a dedicated white glove service and will include:

  • Email or Telephone call to organise collection/delivery.
  • Items will be boxed, crated and blanket wrapped during transportation as appropriate.
  • Inside delivery, unpacking of items and placement to your area of choice.
  • All packaging will be removed and responsibly disposed of as part of the service, unless otherwise requested.

Tracking your order

After placing your order we'll send you an order confirmation email. We will then keep you informed of the progress of your order. Finally, we will let you know when we've dispatched your order and will provide relevant tracking information.
