Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm GMT.
Items are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 1pm will be processed on the same day, with orders placed after 12:30 pm on a Friday processed the following Monday.

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be held until all items are available. To receive in-stock pieces sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Please note that all time frames given for pre-order items are a guide, not a guarantee and are subject to change.

Delivery times apply to the time once your order has shipped.

Paint is shipped in boxes of up to 5 litres, with shipping costs calculated per box.

Homeware is shipped in boxes of up to 25kg, which shipping costs calculated per box. Some of our faux floral items may carry an additional delivery charge due to their size and packaging requirements - this charge will be reflected at checkout.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm. You will receive a notification once your parcel is out for delivery.

All shipments from Laura Hammett Living are fully insured against theft and accidental damage. This coverage ends once your order has been received and signed for.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery’s progress.

International Delivery

International deliveries are managed by our partner, Global-e. Shipping costs, methods, and delivery times are calculated at checkout, ensuring the most accurate and transparent rates.

Furniture & Lighting Delivery Service

Deliveries are managed by our specialist delivery partner. We offer a flat delivery rate of £165 across mainland UK, excluding the Scottish Highlands. For London postcodes, a reduced delivery rate of £85 applies.
If you are based in the Highlands, UK Offshore Islands, or Northern Ireland, please get in touch for a bespoke delivery quote. We also offer a white glove service on request.

Delivery timeframes for furniture and lighting are provided as guidance only and cannot be guaranteed. We cannot be accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including local holidays, natural disasters, or severe weather conditions.

Please note that deliveries may be subject to local taxes and import duties. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon arrival in the destination country.

Sample Deliveries

Samples are sent via Royal Mail 48 (Large Letter) on a standard 2-day delivery service.
If you require faster delivery, please select DPD Tracked Next Day (Mon–Fri) at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by updates on its progress. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
