Returns & Refunds

How do I return items?

If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it. All purchased items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please find more information about returning your purchase in the "Returns & Refunds" section of our Customer Care pages.

What are the shipping options?

Our shipping options & costs vary depending on your selected shipping destination. You can find out more about shipping costs for your delivery country in the "Delivery" section of our Customer Care page.

Do you ship Internationally?

All items will be available for International shipping early 2024

When will I receive my order?

Typically, your order will be shipped on the same day we receive your payment. You can expect to receive your order the next day or within 2 business days from despatch, depending on your selected delivery option.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

Yes, you have the right to cancel your order with us, with the exception of customised items.

How can I track my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. With your tracking number, you can check the status of your order and estimated delivery time.

What should I do if I have received an incorrect item?

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please call the customer care team and we will organise a free collection service to pick the item up for you. To contact Customer Care please use the WhatsApp link or email us:  hello@laurahammettliving.com

How do I reset my password?

You can change your password by clicking on "My account". Next, click on "forgot my password" and enter your email address. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

I can’t find an item?

If you can’t find what you are looking for, please contact our Customer Care team who will be able to help you. We are happy to help with all requests, no matter how big or small.

How do I check the balance of my gift card?

You can check the balance of your gift card at any time in the "Gift card" section on our homepage. Simply enter your gift card code in the designated field. Click on "CHECK BALANCE" to see the current balance of your gift card.
